Maybe: If you started the pills on your period it is unlikely you will get pregnant if you are using as directed. A yeast infection does not increase your chance of pregnancy.

Pregnancy and pill: If you started the pill at the very beginning of your menstrual period, the likelihood of getting pregnant is extremely small. The pill does have a failure rate of about 2-3 percent, so it is possible. Even more likely if you take antibiotics while on the pill. The pill is activated by bacteria in your colon. Antibiotics decrease the number of bacteria so less of the pill hormone is active.
