Need to examine: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Abd pain dx. CT w contrast of abdominal and pelvic cavity done small hiatal hernia found. No other findings. Colonoscopy done. One flat 4mm polyp in sigmoid colon, diverticulosis in transverse and LT colon. Still having on&off diarrhea.What ya think?

CT was done with iv iodine contrast pelvic and abdominal cavity for abd pain. ER visit. Small hiatal hernia found. Everything else normal. Can radiologist see a colon or anal mass that's large? At least 2cm?
