Life coach : Life often sends us challenges we may not have the skillset needed to conquer. You wouldn't try to fix your bad appendix alone & shouldn't try these issues alone either. A life coach/therapist can teach you the skillset needed to deal with stress while you explore issues that trigger it. Do the work & life can get better.

Chronic stress: I’m so sorry you are living with stress. Always being on red alert is not a choice you make. This is where a team approach can help. Start with your physician for a through physical, and ask for referrals to a therapist, counselor, social worker that can work with you on identifying triggers and working on your plan to reduce stress in your life.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

Daily routines : You should not be angry with yourself for feeling stress. In fact these days, everyone is on high alert. Spend time looking at what " triggers" your anxiety and also what in your day gives you peace. Build in to your day some " daily routines" for calming and to provide structure such as 5-minute meditation, 5-minute stretching, etc. Find helpful guidance to make small attainable steps to change.

ANXIETY: There is extra anxiety due to covid 19- stay safe, cautious & hold on to hopefulness. Have a physical exam by a Dr. to know if you have a physical illness. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help with your issues & conflicts with Zoom sessions. With psychotherapy you can grow & find better coping mechanisms. Medication prescribed by a Psychiatrist can help.
