Punched kidney: As long as you have no blood in urine prob no worries. The kidney is very well protected. If you have a very large black and blue spot AND blood in urine begin to measure BP now as can lead to high BP but very rare. Discuss With your team. Take pictures of area for records. You can look up “Page Kidney”. Time will tell. Take usual pain meds that work for u if team OKS but no aspirin. Discuss!
