Depends: You did not specify the units of bilirubin, if the level of total bilirubin in mg is about 10 mg/dL, that does not required treatment. However, it would be prudent to contact your doctor as additional information is needed if the level is going down or increasing. Do contact your doctor or the hospital where baby was delivered.
