Probably normal: Symptoms early in pregnancy include nausea, tender breasts, lack of menstruation. Cramps and light spotting are also common in early pregnancy. All of these symptoms tend to diminish as the pregnancy progresses toward the second trimester. Talk to your Dr for an ultrasound that will confirm the health of your pregnancy. Most likely the lack of symptoms is normal progression.
