Not uncommon: Many women experience sore breasts throughout pregnancy as the breast volume and glandular changes occur. Some do not. Some cramping sensation is not unusual as your uterus responds to increasing size throughout pregnancy. However, if you are experiencing prolonged or painful cramping, see your doctor.
