Continue monitoring.: It is not unusual that an infant would run a temperature at this time. I would continue to monitor his temperature , diet intake with fluids and keep him healthy.

NORMAL: Don't worry for this is normal during eruption of teeth in children. If pain put topical gel on gums and start to keep area clean from any food or debris.
