Comments: During the headache use of oxygen can help abort attack, but doesn't prevent. Oxygen booster would be of no additional value. A number of preventatives are now available for cluster migraine and I would recommend CGRP injections. See a neurologist and discuss options.

Oxygen is good: Cluster Migraines are a very specific diagnosis. They are known to respond to Oxygen therapy. Another good therapy is transcutaneous vagal nerve stimulation which is FDA approved for Cluster. One such product is From GammaCore.
