See a doctor: You need a strep test, should also get covid and flu tests, bloodwork, and maybe imaging studies. You probably have fever and are increasingly dehydrated; both of which could account for the headaches. Without an exam or your vital signs I have no idea how sick you are but 7 days is long enough for self-treatment. If you can't get in to your doctor right away, go to the emergency room. Good Luck!

See below: Recommend consulting your physician. This could be a bacterial or viral pharyngitis, strep throat, etc. Also have to consider Covid 19, especially if you develop fever, dry cough, any shortness of breath.
