My 19 months old baby has developed blister rash after his immunization on monday. he doesnt have fever or other symptoms. is this normal or do i have take him to the doc?

Immunization: If your baby is happy, eating/drinking and playing, you may call the pediatrician to inform of the rash. Otherwise, please do bring him to the doctor.
