Good baby started with with a rash on her skin yesterday afternoon. prior to that, she had a fever on wednesday of 38. the rash started yesterday afternoon on skin, face, arms and legs. please advise she is due for 1yr vaccine?

Likely viral: Many simple viral illnesses end in a generalized body rash. The description is too vague to be sure but that is likely. This rash & preceding fever is no reason to avoid an upcoming well check or vaccines.
