Yes: Your GP will be in best position to coordinate and followup with you once results known. Do not forget to quarantine.

COVID 19 testing: I work in the USA, but to the best of my knowledge in South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations.
