Just head to your MD: So..how many more symptoms do you need to go see an MD (family doc)? The gums may or may not be trouble enough because i don't know your ethnicty BUT....with all thats going on I don't think a dentist can really help. Time to get your tush to an MD who can do tests, if need be, and get you to the right specialist. Good luck.
