May need a work up: So sorry to hear this. I've had many patients with these symptoms over the years and the underlying cause varies. For your age and sex my fist thought would be a sympathetic nerve pathology, perhaps a Raynauds. Other fairly common causes are secondary to an old cold injury, secondary to a lower back problem,....I would suggest contacting your primary physician for an initial work up or referral.
