Sometimes when i get lightheaded my tongue/mouth goes numb. doesnt tingle just feels numb like after the dentist. what could cause this? tests so far are normal?

Numb: Would think that the primary objective would be to identify what makes you lightheaded. As numbness associated with your lightheadedness, probably associated. Many possible causes. Have you seen a Neurologist? Would also recommend that you see your Dentist to rule out localized oral cavity causes.
