Possible serious: Yes, I would have this baby checked out. If possible, make video of infant feeding where you have audio so the doctor can hear the noise and see how baby looks during feed. These symptoms may suggest strain on the heart or possibly a condition known as tracheomalacia, where infant's floppy trachea collapses during feedings. would definitely see primary doctor and cardiologist if advised....
