Call Dr: This drug is usually effective for heavy vaginal bleeding but if not working & anemia worsening your Dr may want to try a hormone therapy to stop it or even schedule a D&C procedure. If you have not been checked for bleeding disorders, thyroid problems, & cancer as causes of heavy bleeding you need to be checked for those also
