Stay at home: Avoid contact as much as possible, use a separate bathroom, wear a mask and wash your hands well. Surfaces should be kept clean. Other viral causes are also possible. Treat your symptoms, use Tylenol instead of Motrin. Drink soothing fluids and rest. If your contacts are positive, all members should isolate. Children often present with GI symptoms.

COVID 19 concerns: Make sure to quarantine. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
