SARS -Cov2: At the time of pandemic, first you take her to a medical facility and get tested and treatment for Covid-19. In the mean time, you should keep her hydrated, temperature control with acetaminophen and she should observe self quarantine to prevent spread to others. She could also have completely different problem like West Nile virus or bacterial meningitis, see a doctor. Get well soon.
