Symptoms may be from a Beta-strep infection, but also can occur from Covid virus infection. Get a PCR test for Covid, and also see your daughter's pediatrician for an exam and other possible treatment. Quarantine for at least 10 days along with other close contacts.

I agree with Dr. Berryman, Assessment for both bacterial or viral illnesses (to include COVID 19) would be prudent.
