Not particularly : This will pass through your gut & exit in your poop in 3-4 days. We have plenty of experience with little kids who decide to eat rocks/bugs/twigs/etc. so the issue is not uncommon. Button batteries from hearing aids or small rare earth magnets are the things you really want to avoid ingesting.
