Foreign body: This is a common occurrence for people. Fortunately, most of the time, it is a scratch in the throat that you are feeling and not the actual chicken bone. However, I would recommend that you go to a walk-in or ED, where an X-ray can be done to check for a retained bone. If this is the case, a brief surgical procedure would be necessary to remove it.
