I'm looking for a doctor who can order me a port? i recently moved and my previous doctor retired. the surgeon says i need a script or order?

Not what we do: This is a public information site where volunteer docs answer health questions based on data you post. It does not offer scripts/notes/direct consults or other forms of direct patient care. A local medical society office/state medical board or your health plan should have a list of docs you can establish care with for such needs.

Records: Start by having your medical records transferred to a new primary care doc. Based on your documented medical conditions and current needs your new doc will be able to help.
