What do cancerous lymph nodes look/feel like, and how mobile can they be? also, where are lymph nodes located in the groin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Involved answer: Cancerous lymph nodes may be rubbery, if lymphomatous; hard if involved by metastatic tumor; may involve one or multiple nodes, in early stages nodes are moblie but later may be matted and immobile. See the image for location of groin nodes. If you have concerns, please see your doctor.
