What are symptoms of cancer in the groin lymph nodes ?

Please be seen: Any swelling of nodes in the groin need to be explained. Even insect bites on your lower leg can make nodes enlarge. Of course other issues need to be considered, depending on the full history and physical your doctor completes. Good luck.

Swelling: Enlargement of the lymph nodes in the groin raises such a question. But groin lymph nodes can be enlarged due to many different causes, cancer being one of them.Painless enlargement of the nodes producing an obvious swelling(larger than 2-3cm/one inch) would make me suspicious for cancer. Watch them for a few weeks. Swelling due to cancer would be progressive over a month or two.
