My left knee has been saw with a burning sensation for the past week. i have been taking k- fenak (diclofenac potassium 50mg) twice a day with slight relief but has not resolved it. had also used transact plaster with little relief.

Sore knee: Most of the time this type of problem is due to overuse or arthritis. Try increasing the Diclofenac to 3 times a day (that is the maximum dose) and use a knee immobilizer or ace wrap bandage to limit the movement in your knee. Give it another week.
