Night Terrors: Night terrors are diagnosed when a young child exhibits intense screaming, crying, thrashing or fear about 90 minutes into their sleep. Night Terrors run in families. Other triggers include Stress, Anxiety, Depression, fever, caffeine, lack of sleep or sleeping in a new place. There is no treatment, but tend to go away after a few years. See your Dr if they interfere with your child's functioning.
