Could lead v2 in ecg have a positive pr interval and negative r wave with a negative stt with no u wave because of lead misplacement?

Abnormal ECG: By definition, a PR interval is a time value, so unclear what is meant by "positive". R wave is by definition the first upward deflection after P wave, so is always positive in direction. An inverted T wave is within normal variation for lead V2. If concern regarding lead placement, R greater than S in V1-V2, a negative QRS in I, or upward PQRST in aVR can be clues to lead misplacement/reversal
