A member asked:

I sometimes have a negative -t in lead 3 on ecg but other times it is positive, it changes every time what can cause this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

ECG: T wave changes as you describe are usually due to changes in vector forces from lead placement and respiration. Other variables also can come into play. In general we don't get excited by them.
