Possibly: Need to interpret the ECG in its entirety. May indicate a delay in the electrical conduction in the lower chambers of the heart. Sometimes stress testing is done to evaluate for coronary artery blockage as an origin for ecg abnormalities.

Today I had mild left-sided chest pain lasting 8 minutes. I did an ECG before the pain stopped. It initially showed notched P waves, and T waves with a hump in the middle. When the pain stopped the ECG became normal. What might be the cause?
