What does a notched R wave in lead 3 on ECG represent? Is this significant in a 20 year old male with structurally normal heart?
Today I had mild left-sided chest pain lasting 8 minutes. I did an ECG before the pain stopped. It initially showed notched P waves, and T waves with a hump in the middle. When the pain stopped the ECG became normal. What might be the cause?
