I'm almost 18 weeks pregnant. i feel lots of movement low in pelvis& between belly button and pelvis. sometimes it feels like he is kicking my cervix or just super low. is this a sign i'm in the clear for placenta previa? my anatomy scan is next week?

Placenta previa ?'s: Placenta previa at 18 weeks of pregnancy is not generally going to cause problems by early "18 weeks" fetal movement. Later in pregnancy, placental location will be important to detect by pelvic ultrasound or symptoms of early bleeding with contractions.
