Read article in which dr.birx suggests also wearing mask at home if other household members are high-risk/over 65. article didn't clarify. does it mean wear in all circumstances or just if younger members have been out in public, around others, etc?

Protect loved ones: The idea is to protect potentially vulnerable members of your household from any possibility of virus exposure: if you are living with them and you haven't been anywhere outside around other random people, the potential for exposure is obviously minimal a no need for a mask.. otherwise, the possibility of exposure does exist, despite all your precautions and it is prudent to wear a mask .
