Chest pains chest very tight. i have asthma and copd. no history of heart problems. my heartbeat per minute is between 60 to 66. please help asap ?

Go to ER NOW!: Your chest pain and tightness can be lung-related (asthma, COPD, PE) or heart-related (heart attack) or muscle-related or acid-related (heartburn, reflux). Heart attack, PE, asthma attack or COPD exacerbation can all be life-threatening. You say you take isosorbide mononitrate which is a heart medication. GO TO ER ASAP for IMMEDIATE EVALUATION.
