Stop the meth: While Meth itself does not adversely interact with the chemicals in antibiotics, it causes overall and catastrophic immune response depression which leads to a lack of immune cells and proteins with which to fight off infections. If you are taking meth while your body is infected, the odds are you will not be cured, and the infection will get worse. Take a break during antibiotic treatment
