Yes for some STDs: Some antibiotics are active against chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis and could cure the infection, making the test negative. Even worse, it might suppress the infection so the test is negative, but not cure it. However, antibiotics have no effect on viral STDs like herpes, HPV, and viral hepatitis. On the other hand, if you are at risk, don't delay testing because of this.
