Anal pain: These can often be symptoms of hemorrhoids, fissure- fiber powder/caps , a stool softener, plenty of liquids and medicated wipes can help. Avoid straining and see your doctor if symptoms persist or pain and bleeding worsen.

Taking laxative (sulfolax) from 1.5 years after anal fissure. I eat fruits and vegetables daily. I take 12-13 drops daily (sometimes 9-10 drops) and I'm having soft stool in morning and watery stool in evening. Can watery stool cause fissure?
