A cyst was found on my right ovary and my gynecologist ordered the ova1 test for me. does this mean she suspects cancer? she mentioned that there was another cyst next to it and called it a "sister" cyst. i'm ovulating this week, would that matter?

Not a good test: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, as advised by FDA, it is not a good test.
