My lower left leg and foot swell up during the day. its happed for about a month now. it follow a calf muscle pain that lasted a about 3 weeks, after two long trips in span of a week. what can i do to treat it?

One leg swelling: Sounds like you had Venous thrombosis from the long trip. I would call your Dr in AM. Check family history of this. If you are taking female hormones for some reason this can cause blood clots in legs.
