Not likely related: Even though your diastolic blood pressure appears elevated at 98, it is not likely that is causing the right arm numbness. They may have a common root, numbness is usually caused by a pinched nerve or problems with the blood supply. Would suggest seeing your GP for an exam and further recommendations.

Responses: Your BP would be considered to have a mildly elevated diastolic, but the systolic remains WNL. Need to recheck and monitor. The arm numbness could be c/w peripheral nerve problem, like carpal tunnel, but could be central such as brain or spinal cord problem. The combination of your complaints would be best evaluated with a thorough physical examination.
