When its cold outside (under ~55f) my breath is very visible, even when i breathe through my nose, the amount of steam/vapor looks ridiculous and i want to know what the cause could be. its embarrassing me and i dont like going outside because of it?

Confusing post: To exchange the oxygen in air for CO2 in your lungs the air reaches 100% humidity (like fog) in the process. When you exhale it retains that humidity. In cold environments the moisture can form ice crystals & is visible. It is as natural as the sun coming up every day. If this concerns you get evaluated..
