Possible ear problem: You could have ear problems, either a middle ear problem or possibly an inner ear problem. It would explain some, but not all of your symptoms. An ear problem in no way should cause limb weakness of any kind. That is definitely a symptom that would have to be evaluated independently. I suggest you start by getting an appointment with an ENT specialist, and get a good evaluation of your ears.
