Covid 19: Signs and symptoms of covid 19 can vary from being asymptomatic to having fevers, cough, sore throat, body aches, headaches, congestion, shortness of breath, chest pains, loss of sense of taste and\or smell, diarrhea, abdominal pain. There are other rararer symptoms but usually they are accompanied by one or more of the above symptoms.
