My 10 year old daughter has slightly increased prothrombin time. also has a possible petechia rash. liver and platelets are normal. any ideas why?

Need evaluation: What is the actual prothrombin tine and what is her inr? If she does not have symptoms, it may be better to wait and watch. If she has more than "possible" petechiae, please see your pediatrician as it may need more history, physical examination and lab tests.
