Some advice: Vitamin D plays numerous important immune roles and acts like a hormone. Some neurologists recommend goals of 50-70 ng/ml You are too low and need to increase. Talk to doctor

Any symptoms?: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your vitamin D is low and you should take 4000 units of vitamin D3 daily for 3-6 months and then 2000 units per day. You lymphocyte count is not of concern. Wish you good health!
