Few days ago i got antibiotics (2 days) for minor testicles pain, now when i touch apididymis it hurts but no pain in testicles. there is no pain without touching. i have wet dreams problem too is it related to it ? how long will it take to resolve ?

Epididymitis: So infection of the epididymis can take a week or 10 days to improve and the antibiotics are for that much duration as well. It seems like you are improving so stay the course and complete the antibiotics.
