The area near my tear duct is very red, swollen, itchy and painful when I blink. Is that a stye? What do I do? How long does it take to heal?

Swollen tear duct: You may in fact have a stye or it may be an infection of the tear duct. I suggest that you see an ophthalmologist for definitive diagnosis and treatment.
