Your dose is low and you haven’t been on it for too long so it shouldn’t be a problem. You could decrease it to 5 mg for a few days and then 2 1/2 mg for a few days.

The tapering approach should be relatively straightforwards and efficient, but you may need a replacement medication. If you have tried to contact your doctor for two weeks, without success, and no covering physician has contacted you, consider a new psychiatrist.
