I missed my birth control pill yesterday so i took both this morning. but i threw up like a hour later after i brush my teeth because i was dehydrated from the day before will i still be protected even though i threw up a hour later?

Not as protected: Typically, when a woman misses 1-2 pills, their protection wanes and needs to be reset. Use an alternative form of birth control in addition to your pill for 10 days or until you have your period. It is possible to get pregnant if you do not use an alternative form of birth control.
