Moisturizer: Yes, you can use that moisturizer daily, instead you can also use a light oil like jojoba oil that gets absorbed very easily. Also keep the area clean and dry.

Might be helpful: Would suggest that you be evaluated by dermatologist to confirm dx of simply dry skin. There als might be better top Rx meds to use. Also, it might be wise to avoid sex exposure until the dx is confirmed and effective is prescribed.
